1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hz88 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the hz88 platform — whether on desktop, mobile browser or any other device — creating a player account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the hz88 platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. hz88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account at hz88. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older. hz88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where this requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one hz88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, forfeiture of any balance and a permanent ban from the platform. hz88 uses technical and procedural checks to identify duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. hz88 will verify this information and may request supporting documentation — such as a CNIC or a utility bill — as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without warning and any balance held pending investigation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hz88 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify hz88 customer support immediately. hz88 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

All deposits at hz88 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits made through supported channels are typically credited to your hz88 wallet within seconds. hz88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside of our control.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches the details on your hz88 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one business day for bank IBFT transfers. hz88 does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

3.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

hz88 is required to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method you intend to use. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not specific to any individual player. Delays in providing the requested documentation will result in a corresponding delay in processing your withdrawal.

3.4 Currency

hz88 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. All account balances, bets, winnings and transactions are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees or exchange rate risks associated with using the hz88 platform.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

hz88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at hz88 carry a wagering requirement — that is, you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details. Bets placed on certain game types may contribute less than 100% towards meeting the wagering requirement — this will also be specified in the promotion details.

4.2 One Bonus Per Promotion

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is eligible for each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed at hz88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, poker, virtual sports, jackpot slots and esports betting all have their own detailed rule sets accessible within the platform. The following general rules apply across all products.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

hz88 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. This may occur where hz88 identifies a technical error in the odds display, where a match or event result is already known at the time of betting, or where the bet is placed in a manner that hz88 determines to be irregular. In such cases, if a bet has already been accepted and settled incorrectly, hz88 may void the bet and refund the stake to your account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by product and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the hz88 platform before you place your bet. Players who have been identified as consistently exploiting pricing errors or technical issues may have their individual stake limits adjusted by hz88 at its discretion.

5.3 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a system malfunction, communication failure or any other technical issue that affects the integrity of a game or bet, hz88 reserves the right to void the affected round, bet or wager. Stakes will be refunded in such cases. hz88 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to receive real-time game or odds information due to their own internet connection or device performance.

5.4 Finality of Results

For sports events, results are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body at the end of the regulation period (or extra time and penalties where relevant, as specified in the individual market rules). For casino and live dealer games, the outcome recorded by the hz88 server at the time of game completion is final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hz88 platform. Players found engaging in any of these activities will have their accounts immediately suspended, their balances frozen pending investigation and may be permanently banned:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human means to interact with the hz88 platform, place bets or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of collusion with other players, teams or officials to influence an event outcome for betting purposes.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using the hz88 platform to conduct, facilitate or conceal money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematically backing both sides of the same market across multiple accounts (arbitrage abuse) in a manner designed to circumvent bonus terms or guarantee returns at the expense of hz88.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any other technology to obscure your real location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or terms that would otherwise apply to your account.
• Sharing account access with any third party, accepting bets on behalf of others through your account, or acting as an agent for other bettors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the hz88 platform — including but not limited to the hz88 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game content and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hz88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hz88 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the hz88 platform without our express written permission. Any unauthorised use of hz88 intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate account closure.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

hz88 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. hz88 may share data with third parties where required by law, where necessary to process your payments, or where required by our regulatory obligations. All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers and protected by 256-bit SSL technology.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hz88 customer support. Note that certain data may be retained for a minimum period as required by anti-money laundering regulations, even after account closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

hz88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide all registered players with a full suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible through the account settings section of the platform. These tools include:

10. Limitation of Liability

The hz88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally cause temporary outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hz88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interrupted access to the platform due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance or third-party service failures.
• Delayed or failed bet acceptance due to connectivity problems on the player's side.
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in odds or market information that was corrected before the bet was accepted.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decision-making in connection with gambling activity on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits hz88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Amendments to These Terms

hz88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform's homepage and/or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue to use the hz88 platform after any amendment has been posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account. Any balance held on your account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to identity verification and the withdrawal terms above.

Amendments that are favourable to players (such as reduced wagering requirements or expanded responsible gaming tools) take effect immediately upon publication. Amendments that materially reduce player rights will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect.
